Cherry Creek Shopping Center

we've looked at building sledding ramps and all that seven and a half feet of snow if we

could hold on to some of that we'll use yeah um i do want to ask you this question and this might put you a little bit on the spot but it is business and it is something that i'm curious about What is the relationship with the Cherry Creek Mall? Do they love your event? Do they feel like it brings more people to the mall? Does it feel like it's taken away from the mall? How would you feel? And I know that's kind of a hard

question.

i am i am not a scarcity thinker i think that more people during the holidays is a good time is a good thing for everyone i don't personally know what the mall thinks about us being there but i do know that 80 000 people over 35 days on that block they go elsewhere they come sure from elsewhere and we have data that shows that the Cherry Creek Mall is one of the top recipients of people leaving our footprint.

So we know that we benefit them a ton.

We would love to explore a greater partnership with them if that ever came about.
