Chemical accident

It's a state-by-state basis, but it's a new thing they have to consider.

in courtrooms across the country also in the news today a juvenile court judge in oregon has decided a 15 year old high school student accused of a september 8 chemical incident at school will remain in a secure mental health treatment setting rather than being returned to a juvenile prison type detention facility

He currently faces 19 criminal accounts, including attempted murder and domestic terrorism.

If he is indeed in a secure mental health treatment, I'm fine with that.
