Chase Jarvis

It was something about creativity and play that, helped him create something.

Talk about that part of the book, because I think that creativity and play, I love the book by Chase Jarvis, Never Play It Safe, because he talks about that in his book.

You'll be a better person, a better team member if you incorporate things you love to do.

So for me, if I go putt and hit a small bucket of balls at lunch, I'm going to come back and be more creative and better at whatever role I'm in.

It's like my routine.

That was actually the word I was looking for yesterday when I was talking about What the hell is that guy's name? Chase Jarvis.

I was talking about how he says that people that do the same routine over and over, that's not good.

So his routine, or he doesn't have a routine, his thing is to change it up all the time.

And I know I used to listen to...

Chase Jarvis used to talk about, oh, he likes to change it up all the time because people that do the same thing all the time, well, they're too regimented and they do the same thing and that gets monotonous.

And so he changes it up all the time.

I'm like, dude, that's the same thing as me doing the same thing all the time is you choose to change it up all the time.
