But, you know, then on Monday, Colin Klein just raved at his presser about Charlie Adams and just how much he has improved since January.

And he also mentioned Chase Duarte there, too, and those other guys, you know, whether it's, you know, Gus Hawkins or Keaton Jones or Dylan Villarreal, those guys have been rock solid.

I don't know that you can expect 312 yards or 295 yards rushing every week against this schedule, but it does make you think that they are capable of being, you know, Big 12 worthy, right? For sure.

Yeah, I'm glad that you went to the offensive line, but I think, Wyatt, if I would have told you, and I know Nichols and I know Washington State, they're not offensive juggernauts.

He doesn't get the kick out block that he's supposed to execute.

Um, we've got Chase Duarte chasing his guy.

I mean, you've got just a, a big jam up of, of offensive lineman, defensive lineman there in the middle in the intended hole.

Um, Joe does a good job, a great job of recognizing that.

You heard Coach pretty much rave today about Charlie Adams.

Chase Duarte may not be playing at that level, but he's playing pretty well.

I've been impressed with Keaton Jones.

I have.

And you talked about Tanner Morley too, Big B. I mean, it felt like that the rotation was you had your five offensive linemen who started the game, and then you brought in Tanner Morley.

And I think Chase Duarte got some reps with the ones.

I think, honestly, what you could see moving forward is maybe Charlie Adams play a little bit of right guard and Tanner Morley play left guard or vice versa, however they want to do that.

I think that would be good.

There was only two guys that rotated in, Ryan, with that first unit.

And it was Morley and it was Chase Duarte, who I actually thought maybe was better at right guard than Keaton Jones.

And I noticed that when they had the number one offensive linebacker out in the second half, it was Chase Duarte who was out there, not Keaton Jones.

so maybe they make a move and and start duarte next game um he came from san diego state with mike schmidt so obviously very familiar with him it'll be interesting to see what happens with that group but i mean everybody was watching ryan howard i thought he was awesome i mean he didn't give up a single pressure Every single time he was left one-on-one on an island, he won his rep.

There were multiple times where he was able to get some movement on his defender.

almost like a demotion promotion within the offensive line at one point.

Because Chase Duarte at one point just stayed with the starting group, and then Keaton Jones played in the second half with the backups.

So that was interesting at right guard.

Which is interesting because, yeah, I mean, we've been pretty high on Keaton Jones.

Duarte stayed at right guard.

Keaton Jones, who started the game at guard, he kind of became the backup and then became the second unit guard, what you said earlier in the show, D.Y.,

Yeah, it almost felt like Chase Duarte leapfrogged him in the depth chart mid-game, which I don't really remember seeing that before.

Maybe it wasn't that way, but at least if you were to draw that conclusion, there is reasons to do so.

And then, you know, just like football is a game of next man up.

And so I think those young guys, you know, whether it's Ryan Howard or whether it's Charlie Adams, whether it's Chase Duarte, I probably mispronounced that last name, but somebody's going to step up and take advantage of the opportunity.

Again, just like I mentioned with the skilled positions, we have a really good offensive coordinator and our head football coach, and he's going to take pressure off those guys by getting creative.

And that is, you know, I mean, that's read option.

It's not just the starting lineup that does lack experience.

I've already mentioned it a few places, but like Colin said with Chase Duarte, his 52 career snaps, he has never started a game.

That was at San Diego State under his still current offensive line coach, now here at K-State, Mike Schmidt.

And then I think I mentioned Tyler Johnson, but I can't remember.
