And for practitioners who rely heavily on lab tests to really get any indication of what's happening in the cycle, we may not always be taking into consideration some of these fluctuations.

And conversely, when you are incorporating testing alongside a detailed and thorough analysis of the menstrual cycle via fertility awareness charting, for example, you can actually see the patterns a little bit more broadly.

When you have your clients charting their menstrual cycle or when you yourself are charting your menstrual cycle and you're tracking your cervical fluid, you're tracking your basal body temperature, and you're tracking throughout the whole cycle, then what you can actually see is more of a pattern of what's happening.

And so what's interesting is that when you track your cycle over several months or if you're a practitioner and you're working with clients who are tracking their cycles and so you're seeing multiple charts, you will see certain fluctuations from day to day.

So what's interesting is sometimes if you have clients tracking their temperature in the luteal phase particularly, you may see the temperatures go up and decrease.

But what it can't do is tell you exactly when you ovulated.

So although we're able to confirm if ovulation happened with the progesterone testing, even with those fluctuations, we're not able to say, okay, this is the exact day that ovulation occurred on.

And of course, this is one of the reasons why charting, cycle charting, and actually tracking basal body temperature allows you to confirm ovulation with a retrospective measure.

This is an extremely common word in technology, business, science, social media, marketing, and AI.

Imagine opening a dashboard and seeing numbers, percentages, charts, and statistics.

All of that information can be called 数据.

你做事这么勤力，这么比心机，但是为什么都好像做不出什么成绩？有没有想过？不是因为你不够博，也不是你的能力有问题，而是因为你一开始就用错了方法去玩这场叫做人生和职场的游戏。今天和大家分享 Simon Sinek 的无限赛局，看完这本书之后，我觉得整个人好像被人打了一拳一样。作者开宗明义已经讲了，在这个世界上的游戏其实只有两种，有限赛局和无限赛局。什么叫做有限赛局？比如我们去打羽毛球、打麻将、踢球，这些全部都是有限赛局。因为在这个局里面，我们已经知道有什么玩家，有什么人加入，是有一个固定 fix 了的游戏规则，最重要的是它有一个很明确的终点，时间一到就要计分、分胜负、算数、走人，完场。无限赛局就好像我们的商业竞争，我们的人际关系，一段婚姻，或者是我们的个人成长，甚至是自己的健康，这些全部都是一场无限赛局。在一场无限赛局里面，我们不知道有什么人会加入，又或者是那些玩家规则随时都会变。最重要最重要的是，它是没有一个特定的终点，没有所谓的赢或者是输。这里讲的唯一的目标就是我们怎么样可以留在这个赛局里面继续玩下去。想知道的你一定要听完这一集了。[翻页声] 我们大部分的人从小到大都经历这个爬梯式的做事方法，我们的脑已经深深被人植入了，洗入了一个有限思维的大脑，有一个赢和输的概念在，我们比成绩，很想赢过同学，很想赢旁边那个 team，很想赢过同龄人的身价。但你有没有想过，在商业和人生里面，底蕴，即它的本质上是没有一个实质的终点，也就是一场无限赛局。当我们用一个有限的思维去打一场无限赛局的时候，结局就只有一个，就是消耗完我们自己的精力，然后被淘汰。我打一个比喻，大家有没有做着一家公司，或者是见过一些公司，一到季度末或者是年底，为了要拉高 revenue，或者是要做漂亮点数字给上司、老板看的时候，就会开始做 discount，甚至 cut 掉所有员工福利。在那个季度或者是短时间之内， chart 是很好看，数字升了，大家都赢了這個 quarter。恭喜了！但是一年之后呢？三年之后、五年之后呢？ branding 一路向下滑，员工可能心都死了，心狠累离职了，甚至公司卖的产品的 quality 已经变质了，可能被一些同行的对手已经落后了。这些就是用典型的有限思维去玩一个商业游戏的下场。你赢了一个回合，但是你输了整个局。Simon Sinek 在书里面讲了一个我觉得很正的观点，在无限赛局里面，赚钱或者是你达成了 target，从来都不是一个终极目标。赚钱就像你车里面的油一样，你开车是因为你要去一个很远、很美的地方，而不是因为加油而不断去加油。大家 get 不 get 到 message？我们不是因为赚钱而去赚钱。那到底怎样才可以停止这种无休止的消耗？Simon Sinek 就说到，第一步我们要找到自己的那个崇高信念。什么叫做崇高信念？他不是说大大只字印在公司墙上的那个 vision and purpose。崇高信念说的是一个极度，极度清晰，在我们自己的未来那里，怎样超越自己个人利益的一个愿景。它是一个很清晰的答案，它在答你，除了赚钱之外，你或者是你的公司到底是为了什么而存在？假设现在你是一个 sales，你的信念就是要做一个 top sales，因为做了 top sales 之后，你就可以赚到更多的钱，你就可以买楼了。但是如果遇到一些经济的爆破，或者是市道不好，你的心可能就会很累，崩溃了或者。但是如果反过来，你的信念是，你想用你的专业去帮每一位客人找到他们适合的产品，这样就算每一个 quarter 的数字有升有跌都好，你依然都会知道自己在为什么而去上班，你不会那么容易被周围的环境挥低。有限思维的人每天都会问自己，我怎样才可以打败对手呢？无限思维的人就会问自己，我怎样才可以在十年之后仍然都这么喜欢做我现在做的事，而且持续地去提供价值。分享一个关于 Agnes 自己的个人经历。以前小时候我也有这种有限思维，小学的时候经常性都要去参加一些朗诵比赛，隔壁班有个同学，他经常都拿第一，我经常都输给他。我自己的有限思维就是，我经常性都会想，啊，这次比赛我一定要挥低他，而不是 focus 在我怎样才可以令到自己比上一次更加进步。现在大概这个思想慢慢开了窍，就明白到当中的道理。如果我只是一门心思，只 focus 在怎样去打败所谓的那个竞争对手，其实我只是在我自己的职场或者是生活里面不停地去消耗。接下来的第二集和第三集会继续跟大家去分享这本书里面的最重点、最核心的内容，到底我们怎样可以去建立一个真正有信任感的团队，怎样可以将我们平时觉得那个很讨人厌的所谓竞争对手，变成可以推动你自己爆发的一个可敬对手。第一集的内容分享到这里。如果大家听完以上分享有 takeaway，或者启发到你的话，想继续解锁第二和第三集的说书内容，欢迎大家 click 资讯栏里的链接加入寻宝宝会员，每个月只需要买少两杯咖啡，就可以加入五十元的珍稀宝，你可以解锁第二集和第三集的说书内容。又或者如果你想提早星期日夜晚七点钟就听完整条片的说书内容，可以加入八十元的星光宝，还可以 download 我为大家亲手做的 mind map，一路看着重点，一路听书。大家可以留意这个 channel 的 IG，里面除了有 wording post 之外，偶尔我都会有一些投票放在 IG Story 那里。另外有个叫做 Dear You 的环节，这个是我已经维持了两三个月左右，是由大家给我的 DM message 里面，每个月我会抽一份我觉得都挺有意思的 message 去回复大家，我会将它 post 在 IG Story 和 Reels 那里，大家有兴趣可以去看看，或者是 follow 这个 IG account。今集分享到这里，期待在寻宝宝会员区见到大家，拜拜。
