So my clients really range industries, you know, financial services, also cultural institutions.

I have worked for Charlotte Ballet, Beckler Museum of Modern Art.

The thing about having been a journalist, I'm a quick study.

Yeah.

Yeah, people love going behind the scenes.

You know, I used to take reporters to the costume shop at Charlotte Ballet to see the production behind the production of like Nutcracker costumes or whatnot.

That would be in the summer.

Today, we're excited to speak with the folks from Charlotte Ballet.

So let me introduce our guests, Alicia Delgadillo.

Other teaching credits include Chicago Movement Collective, Bard College, NYU Tisch, and UNCSA.

As a producer, she worked alongside Hubbard Street Dance for their annual Inside/Out program, Para.Mar in their home and touring productions, as well as the Gibney Company for Company Created.

Currently, Alicia resides with her family in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is the associate director of Charlotte Ballet II and rehearsal director for Charlotte Ballet.

So I spotted you.

the charlotte ballet which you have been in the company for over 10 years or 10 years

now uh 10 years now exactly yeah

that is super impressive but this is what really struck me as like i don't know how you do it first of all you caught my eye right away and as a person who's always danced you can spot a dancer there's something about the charlotte ballet for me very recently over the past few years that The emotional connection between the dancers on stage and the choreographers and the level of what is happening on that stage is beyond.

But the performance of Boundless...
