I think the fact that he hasn't been missed is the biggest compliment we can pay, because, you know, if he hadn't been injured, he'd have been starting at the start of the season, you'd imagine.

So, you know, I think that's a big compliment for the way City have played, just on the clean sheets and the centre-backs as well.

But given how good he's been, you sort of feel like, well, he might get game time for the Republic of Ireland during this international break.

And even he came on against Sunderland and I sort of thought, why are you coming on? You need to be kind of wrapped up.

But then actually, when you're playing three centre-backs and you think, well, Charlie Hughes is injured and McNair was obviously out on Tuesday as well.

It's, it's a d- it's a good squad.

I think he's going to be good this season.
