She helps many people in the outback with mental health challenges and all from her outback Charleville base.

We're on 4BC here in Brisbane and throughout South East Queensland, 4RO in Rockhampton and throughout Central Queensland and of course around great regional parts of Queensland from Gundawindi through to Mount Isa, Charters Towers through Roma, Charleville, Kingaroy, Longreach on the Resonate Network.

I want to remind you too that in a couple of months, we've just finished our New South Wales events and our Northern New South Wales events, which were fantastic.

We have a lot of Queensland schools that come to them, but We are off to Charleville, 18th and 19th of October.

We've got 17, 18 schools so far.

Still got a couple signing up.

How exciting for Western Queensland, 18 schools under one roof.

to meet families from across that region.

It's our first event in Charleville and we're really, really looking forward to it and we're really grateful to our schools that have all said yes.

And then later in the year, 30th of November, there'll be more on this in the socials, but we are back in Mount Isa for our third Expo event up there.

Well, sort of keeping on the selfless, I think, theme, but I think if you remember, I've just been on a big Outback trip for my podcast, Gary, and I've come back with a few stories for Streets of Your Town, and one of my favourites was Dr Aidan Finoglio from the RFDS.

So just wanted to highlight the RFDS, and they've got this huge base at Charleville.

Such a great spot.

But he is my hero for the week.
