Charles Sam Faddis

So I think I might've mentioned this to you before too.

I was, I used to know Sam Faddis, former CIA case operations officer.

He died recently.

Um, no, that's yeah, it's all right.

Right.

It's like when I remember Sam Faddis, rest in peace, brother.

I remember when I brought Sam Faddis, all the information showing corruption in the FBI security apparatus at the in the embassies.

and corruption concerning several FBI directors.

And he looks at me and he says, Jack, do you really think these people get to the top of the CIA, the top of the FBI, the top of DIA, et cetera, because they're full of integrity and they're good Americans who are going to keep their oaths no matter what? I mean, obvious rhetorical question, but the answer is no.

[laughs] I know.

I, I, [laughs] uh, Sam Faddis was a friend of mine.

He was a very legendary-

Yeah

I immediately knew it was right.

First person I called was Sam Faddis.

Anybody who's been paying attention, Sam was a great American patriot, multi-decade career at CIA in some very ugly places in Iraq and Kurdistan nine months before any boots hit the ground there.

Solid guy.

Yeah.

And I think that's also something I, I, I remember I, I was, I was close with Sam Faddis before he died.

Uh, he t- we, we would talk quite a bit and, and he died a few weeks ago unexpectedly.

Mm.

But we have this, too.

And God bless and God rest his soul for Sam Faddis.

But he was a big security and international intelligence official and analyst.

And he had this to say about that.
