And I get it.

His PFF grade doesn't really say that much, but man, the one and a half sacks, tackles for loss, batted down balls, he really came to play.

But Charles Perkins with that incredible interception, those guys did what they needed to do, which we always talk about.

He's kind of been maligned a little bit.

Charles Perkins, one of the – One of the veteran guys, when he first came here, he stood out to us because he's got the big personality.

I would imagine it didn't take you long, like, okay, this guy, he's going to talk, he's going to say things, he'll talk to anybody.

I would imagine, was he somebody you kind of gravitated to? Yes, 100%.

Now, Wisconsin played a lot of zone at times too, but yeah, Javon Robinson graded out pretty well.

Your three lowest graded defensive players, Charles Perkins, Tyrese Fierbe, and Bryce West.

I gotta be honest, I thought Bryce West was pretty good.

This is a group that's got some size, and I think that's going to be an important thing for me, especially if Stiles Prescott starts a guard because he's 15, 20 pounds lighter than Sullivan Absher.

But when I look at it and you think about this defensive line and you look at Hammond Russell and Dylan Johnson and Junior Poyser and Charles Perkins, which are the top four in the rotation, these guys are average, Trev, and I said this yesterday, these guys average 200 – and are 324 and a half pounds there.

And they're just a little over six too.

So there's beef, there's absolute beef in here.

This is just kind of what some – I'll just say Evan Flood from 1-3, who's covered them a long time, does a really nice job.

This is who he has as his two deep at the two positions.

So he has Charles Perkins, who's 6'2", 333, fifth-year senior.

And the other starters expected to be Hammond Russell IV, who transferred from West Virginia.

So I'm going to go somewhere else.

Moment, year, defining moment for Charles Perkins, who came in with a lot of hype and then kind of injuries and a few other things, but really didn't play that much or that impactfully last year.

He's a big part of this.

And then I kind of think Eugene Hilton, even though I know he's a younger receiver, but you're talking about a guy who came in with quite a bit of hype.

So he's he's a guy that they need to make some plays.
