She would cut people off.

Uh, I remember on, on language, on the language file, which should've been an easy one for her, uh, she went after Charles Milliard just too hard.

It, it was inappropriate.

He, he, he hadn't done anything to anybody.

So we don't have, uh, as much time to explain those things that are very complex to, to an audience which is not necessarily aware of all, of all those complexities.

So let, let's go back to last night's second debate, uh, and tell me what you thought, because I thought that Charles Milliard did a, a pretty credible job.

Uh-huh.

Uh, and getting better from first debate to second debate.

It's more superficial because we have five leaders.

It all comes down to the personality, the personality of the, of the leaders and the impression they left.

And I would say probably Charles Milliard, to me, appeared like the, the one who was the most in control of all main leaders, of, of PSPP, Fréchette, and Milliard.

I would say Milliard really appeared like he was, uh, uh...

Do you think, Jim, based on the last two debates...

And the terrible numbers that Charles Milliard has with francophones.

Do you think people watching that last night, watching the French debate, and finally said, hey, who is this guy? Did he make any inroads as far as you're concerned?

I think he did.

I want to focus on making our society better stronger yeah more resilient and more economically viable well maybe maybe we're

saying the same thing in a different way i'm just saying that charles milliard shouldn't be talking about you think you should be talking about all those things here's how we're going to make quebec wealthy here's our plan to do this and you know i know some people are like well yeah they've tried to but it's not resonating like i still don't know what their grand economic plan is for quebec and You know, by the way, let me give some kudos here.

Let's listen to a little bit more of Charles Milliard, because he did get a good zinger in on the current premier, on Christian Frechette, and Spending

and Waste.

Frechette has declined to say how she would vote on sovereignty referendum, but she repeatedly warned that St. Plamondon's plans could destabilize Quebec and harm its economy.

Frechette even brought up the issue as she faced off one-on-one against some of the other party leaders about unrelated issues, prompting Quebec voters liberal leader Charles Milliard to remind her she was going off topic.

Right now you're debating me, Milliard said.

The themes of the 90-minute televised debate hosted by Nouveau included the cost of living, finance and infrastructure, youth, health, and protecting the French language.

I would ask one other thing.

I heard, I think it was Charles Milliard talking about something within the health sector where he talked about telehealth.

Are you familiar with what he had said about wanting to kind of roll this out across the province, ultimately have this?

Well, I mean, telehealth is a generic term.

I appreciated that.

But Rudy, for me, to what Meeker's saying, I feel like last night, too often when Charles Milliard was talking, it was about some social program or some idea they have, and I was like, dude, You're the Liberal Party.

Convince everyone that you will make our economy sing.

Like, just hammer economy, economy, economy.
