They bring in Musgrave, another former NFL quarterback.

So, you know, last year, my biggest criticism of Aaron Glenn's coaching hires last year was that he brought in Charles London, a running backs coach who a few years ago transitioned to quarterbacks coach, which I understand happens in the league.

But he didn't have one single thing you could look at and say, oh, here's what he did with this young quarterback.

Every quarterback he worked with either showed no improvement or regressed.

Even having spent all offseason and most of last year saying that there was no way this team was going to make a run for the playoffs or win more than four to six games, I'm I'm finding it increasingly difficult to temper my expectations because I look at what Geno was not very long ago.

I know Vegas was a disaster last year and Seattle the year before that wasn't very good, but that was with Charles London as his quarterback's coach.

You look at what he was just three years ago and the offensive jets have now, and where it all starts up front, this offensive line, like there's a world where this offense can be really good, but they've just, I've been disappointed so many times.

I'm not allowing myself.

I don't want Bill Musgrave to slip through the cracks here.

You're going from Charles London to Bill Musgrave, someone who has over – I mean, dude has 20-plus years of experience.

I mean, between Reich and Musgrave, if you combine coaching and playing, that's 50-plus years of working with quarterbacks.

That is a ton of time.

I think there's self-awareness there.

I think when that is used as a maybe, again, weapon against AG or why he's not going to work out, I think people fail to bring up that the coaches that were brought in are all, for the most part, I know objectively is a strong word, but objectively better? I mean, if we poll the league, okay, who's a better defensive line coach? Carl Dunbar or Eric Washington? I think we know which direction that most teams would want to hire.

Quarterback coach, Bill Musgrave or Charles London? Offensive coordinator, Inkstrand or Frank Reich? We just go down the list.

We've literally upgraded at every single coach.
