Shawn Harper is a former NFL player who played with the Los Angeles Rams and the Indianapolis Colts in the NFL.

Shaun has now had an amazing and successful motivational speaking career and is also doing incredible volunteering and charity work as well.

Hi, I'm Laura and I am ADHD AF, the abbreviation of the title of this podcast originally, ADHD as Females, which has been going over four years and has led to founding a charity called ADHD AF+.

We offer monthly in-person free peer support groups in Scotland, England and Wales to connect and empower ADHD adults of marginalised genders.

And this month has been particularly busy because we have been shortlisted for Charity of the Year in the European Diversity Awards.

Thank you so much to everybody who donated to myself and my friend Katie, the free-falling felines, as we've now called ourselves, and to everyone who has donated to any of the many fundraisers happening as part of the Big ADHD fundraiser this year and those that are taking part there is all sorts going on catwalk challenge there are swimming challenges there is all sorts happening right now but you can still start your own fundraiser as part of our team or you can donate to any of the people fundraising including you could still donate to my ridiculous guide i will put a link in the show notes of the video of that but also on the 23rd of this month we have got the fifth annual fifth annual adhd af day and ADHD is not a social media trend, but ADHD AF Day is.

So we are showing them what a social media trend actually is by dressing up in leopard print and sharing it online to stand united as a leopard print army and paint the internet leopard print one more time to roar together.
