Everything we've heard is that kid's been an absolute stud, right? Talk about a Miles Davis who has been able to step in.

So obviously there is supreme talent there.

That looks like we played Sanford last year, right? And that was Chance Collins on that sick play.

And obviously to your point about an embarrassment of riches, you talk about the, the safety room, right? And we had talked about Ta'Viek Pittard wasn't suited up, didn't play in this one, but guys like Chance Collins stepped up.

You know, guys like Myles Davis, who at one point in time was, like, the second team on tackles.

I thought that was a very, you know, telling comment for a coach to make that in public, to say that.

And honestly, as the guy covering recruiting, knowing some of these guys, a guy like Tristan Givens, a guy like Sam Umola who made a play today as well.

You know, you talked about Chance Collins, guys like that, you know, for him to make that comment.

And then also, you know, earlier in the fall camp when we talked to Mike O'Reilly, he said the same thing.

You couldn't do that.

If I had to pick one freshman, it would be chance Collins just based off of like, we we've heard how good the secondary is, but this freshman has been a guy that a lot of people have been talking about, especially within the coaching staff.

So I, I think Chance Collins is definitely a guy for me that I would like to see.

And I think if you're just able to play your game and don't beat yourself and don't come up with mental mistakes in that first half, you're going to see these guys start to rotate.

And I think it is important because.

We know, and I believe Elko said in his press conference, injuries are going to happen, things are going to happen, but you need to have the next guy up ready to go.

And that's why when he was talking about the offense line, it's going to be a number of different guys that are going to come in and different situations and whatever it may be.

So Chance Collins is the guy for me because if you can add a guy like Chance Collins into the rotation as a freshman, that's going to make that secondary even better.
