And I have traced and for 5000 years, Dr. Swami, whenever we went to the temple, we may have been ruled by the Cholas, Pandyas, Chalukyas, Kanishkas, Mauryas, Guptas.

So many of them have ruled us.

So many types of people.

He's the author of numerous important books.

articles, chapters on so many topics on the Hindu temple, the early Chalukyas of Badami, Hampi Vijayanagara, and so on.

His work has been deeply influential for my own studies of Indian art history, temples, and architecture.

And we're so pleased George is going to be offering a new course for us here at Yogic Studies entitled The Sacred Architecture of the Deccan.

So in your 2014 book, which I actually have right here, which I believe was the kind of outgrowth of the dissertation, but this beautiful book, Temple Architecture and Art of the Early Chalukyas, you look at Badami, Mahakuta, Aioli, and Patadakal.
