And I think at first, I was really just interested in trying to find other former you know, competitive player, high performance players to kind of play with.

And I think around the same time, it was like the Challengers movie had just come out like spring, summer 2024.

So honestly, there was just a lot of, you know, especially women, right, that were just interested in like, oh, like, I want to wear my tennis skirt and look cute.

And like, it was kind of the aesthetic thing.

And there's more and more matches happening.

Everything I know about tennis, I learned from Mario Tennis and Challengers the movie, which frankly is everything that most gay guys know about tennis.

Actually, that's I feel like gay guys are actually really into tennis, like genuinely into tennis.

And I'm telling you, I mean, the asses are a lot of the times very compelling stuff.

And tennis shorts are a very particular fabric that is kind of doing it for me.

And again, Challengers does weigh a lot in that.

They were doing stuff with tennis shorts and churros in that movie that kind of changed my whole worldview.

Yeah.

They never were.

Round two, she pivoted to Tom Brown with more tennis whites, racket, motif, coat, which was kind of visually identical to the Tom Brown gown that La Roche put Zendaya in for her Challengers press tour.

And then one of the other big things that came out of the press and like the lead up to Naomi's outfits was she was doing during a practice week she had zigzag cornrows which was another Allen Iverson reference and he was known for super elaborate braids that he had his aunt braid him courtside and so ahead of a press conference when one of her teams Vanessa said hey you need to cover up your braids she put a do-rag on to cover up the braids and so a reporter asked her about it Because he had not seen it before ever in press, which is kind of historic.

And she explained that Vanessa told her to cover up her braids for the reveal of the outfit that was later.

I mean, those are two cars that if, if you're gonna street race, I wanna see...

I'm all for the, uh, Challengers and Chargers.

Yeah, yeah.

I mean, I'm not for the kids' part.

And then also being willing to just, like-
