Rechaim says, there's a din in Levi as a din in Mishpachas Levi.

We can't call this individual a Levi, but we could call him Rav Chaim says we could call him from Mishpach HaSlevi and since he is from Mishpach HaSlevi so therefore he doesn't have to have a Pidyon HaBen the question is as we're saying if somebody's mother is a Jew, and his father is a non-Jew, what's going to be dalacha about pinyin aben? And the Paiskim say that, it says in Al-Gomorrah, that a child won't have to have a pinyin aben.

But if the mother is Yisraelis, she'll have to have, that child will have to have a pinyin aben.

The question is, What is the aloha of the pinyin aben? Certainly, there's no khiv pinyin aben on his father.

This is a tshuva from Rav Chaim Velazhner to Rav Yisrael Okoy and Rappaport Zatzal.

He says, in terms of your shtickl, I'm not agreeing with you.

But, What's he talking about? Blessed is the one who has secrets, right? Who holds the secrets.

So the question is, how do you resolve this stira? So we know how Rav Shechter resolves this stira, yeah? So, right, Rav Shach says what he told me, it's Beferish in the biography of the Chavetz Chaim, that he gives all the examples of where the Chavetz Chaim, where the family, it was a family project, and everyone wrote their pieces, and the Chavetz Chaim allowed for some stiras in the Mishnah Brura.

David Lichtenstein put out a Mishnah Brura called Mishnah Achrona, I think it's called, And in the introduction to the Shabbos volume of the Mishnah Akronah, he quotes that he asked Rav Chaim Kanievsky whether there could be stiras in the Mishnah Beruah.

And Rav Chaim Kanievsky says it's impossible.

There can't be because the entire Mishnah Beruah was written Beruah HaKodesh.

So, I, but the family says that there can be.

Why are olive trees different? Why can I give Pe'ah for an olive tree field in one section of the town that's going to consider, that could go for the entire section of the town, even if they're not next to each other or don't see each other.

And I saw over here a beautiful answer of the Derech Emunah, which is Rav Chaim Kanievsky, He says that it was very common to have an olive press on every side of town.

If a person had fields all over, he would have one in the north, one in the south, one in the east, and one in the west.

And what united all of the olives in each section of town was the fact that they were continuously brought to the olive press to turn it into olive oil.

Or he had to bend down, or something like that, or they dug a hole.

Rav Chaim Kanievsky says that maybe in the oil mine itself they dug a little hole deep into the ground so he could walk and not hit his head on the ceiling.

Whatever.

What does it mean when we say, A guy in my shul told me that he asked Rav Chaim Kenyavsky if he could teach women Gemara.

I think he was offered a job, maybe Yeshiva Flapish or something.

And Rav Chaim said, Okay.

which sounds like he told them, if you believe the story, that you can learn the gemaras of the halachas that are nogea to them, which seems to be the accepted practice now, they just don't call it gemara, meaning even from the space yakovas or whatever, they'll have source sheets, and they'll say, okay, this is the gemara that it's based on, and this is the rish, you know, they learn at a very, very, very high level a lot of times, you know, the Learning Ramban ala Torah is not a simple matter to do either.

So there are different levels.
