guns and things similar uh flow to it but yeah that was all good fun um i liked the assortment of weird villains that we get which is something that seems to be a bit of a buffy staple isn't it hugh with the order of taraka was it we've had before you always get these motley crews don't you of of different kind of monsters and stuff the guy who could uh create or you know eject the knives from his forearms was pretty cool i don't know what he was but yeah that was

that was kulak do you know who plays kulak then oh no who's that He is played by none other than Chad Stahelski, the man who created John Wick.

As we mentioned, Chad Stahelski, who played Kulak, the yellow demon with dinosaur-like head ridges, was more often employed as a stunt performer coordinator.

One of his first jobs had been to double Brandon Lee's character in The Crow after the actor was tragically killed in an on-set accident during filming.

I don't know if he's in it, but you know, I hear that's good, but...

I mean, it's what he's done with his entire professional career, either being a stunt guy or a stunt choreographer or, And it is just on full display here.

You know, this is the first, this movie came out, I think around the same time as John Wick 2.

Charlize Theron was actually working out next to Keanu Reeves at David Leitch and Chad Stahelski's company for like four months or five months.

I don't know.

I think if he wanted to do something slower, he might be a good pick.

That makes sense to me.

Now here's another, um, question here that I've asked everybody, and everyone has kind of a different answer and it, you know, and they kinda share their, what they, their thoughts on it.

I'm gonna say James Cameron, just for like, I feel like his advancement in film that he's done.

People are gonna battle me in the comments about that one, but I'm gonna, I'm gonna say that one, but that's a really hard pick, to be honest.

I love all of those directors.

Really nice to hear this versus someone being like, "I don't know two of those directors," and it's always David Leitch or Chad Stahelski,[chuckle] 'cause like they're not as, they're, they're more modern.

But James Cameron I think is a good pick.

As I said, today we are looking at John Wick: Chapter 2.

Uh, that's a 2017 American neo-noir action thriller film directed by Chad Stahelski.

Uh, although some people dispute that and say that there's a, a lot of involvement by David Leitch as well.

[laughs] One last thing I will say about the acting is that, uh, Chad Stahelski's wife, Heidi Moneymaker, uh, is an accomplished stunt woman in her own right, and here she doubles for Ares and, uh, plays the killer violinist as well, who g- goes after John when the first hit is declared.
