CFG Bank

Jack Dwyer is a giver, and he's a thinker, and he is constantly working on that entrepreneurial, what do we do next? How do we do it? How do we do it differently? Why do we do it? And he and I have always aligned that way.

And one of his primary businesses is CFG Bank, but he also owns a company called CFG Funding, and they actually fund bridge to HUD lending for skilled nursing, healthcare, multifamily.

So he was very aware of this healthcare staffing crisis, and, uh, he wanted to make a difference.

He also has owned some businesses that are in the healthcare world, and he thought that everybody was talking about the problem, but nobody was s- suggesting a solution.
