And I just, like, I'm almost to the point where I don't want to talk about it because I'm just going to... dig myself a hole here in terms of how upset i get about this but yeah i was i was convinced that it was impossible to get to the point where 11 stories of building could be built to get to the point where eventually we have the whole thing needs to get torn down like that is a stain on our community it is a stain on our regulatory systems that failed to stop this from happening for whatever reason and like i said it's the sort of thing that i would expect to happen in a cartoon in some far away country that doesn't have the sort of standards that we tell ourselves that we have here in Canada so yeah that's what I think about that in case you wanted to know and in case it wasn't clear we'll take a quick break more after this
