So looking at the function of member and CWT certificate support.

It was clear to me overseeing the operations of this organization that our certification program, the CWT, is truly one of the crown jewels of the AWT, and it requires very exclusive, specialized staff support.

So we're able to do that now with the personnel.

And you'll see the membership side of things now has its own individual support.

AWT has also, for the last few years, gotten very serious about getting a third-party quality management system seal of approval for the CWT program, and that is the ANSI accreditation.

We've been diligently working toward this, and for those of you who work with ISO and ASTM, ANSI, and your daily jobs, you know that the criteria is extremely rigorous.

It is no different when you're trying to certify a certification program.

So we're working through our management systems manual.

For me, that comes through the methodology and structure of coaching through the positive psychology wing.

And I think this is where emotional alchemy becomes so powerful.
