Cerro Torre

The weather was a terrible weather season.

Uh, usually Cerro Torre is summited by multiple routes.

Um, it didn't see a single summit.

And usually Fitz Roy, uh, El Chalten is summited by s- multiple routes in a summer season.

A lot of people don't make it that far.

Like, alpinism is super dangerous, you know.

Um, and he's still active and, uh, like, just last year, I think he was the first person to solo Cerro Torre in winter, you know.

Um, that's a hugely, like, seminal event in the alpine climbing world.
