Gwydion was given its powers when the high priestess Oleanna dipped it into the cauldron during its crafting.

Reminder of the Ceridwen cauldron mythology.

This is the exact same thing that happened during their great rite, and it symbolized two powers coming together.

Amren says this, one touch from Nesta's magic while the blade was still hot, then it's to be treated as an object of the Dread Trove, a new trove.

And it turns out that there are stories which meet here coming from each direction too.

So I would like to just do a little invocation of the demigods and goddesses that are in within those stories so from the north i would like to call modron the great mother and her divine youth son mabon great son Mabon the goddess and her son Modron the goddess and her son Mabon from the north and then from the east comes Keridwen remember she lived in the area of Llintegid Bala and that's to the east from here so Keridwen and Taliesin who was the inspired one, the greatest poet of all time in Wales.

So we've got the goddess, we've got inspiration.

From the west we have Math, remember? The bear king, son of Mathonwy.

This whole prologue is helping me with the theory with the cauldron.

In the story of mythology about the great rite, the cauldron of Ceridwen, and how the cauldron was a representation of two divine forces coming together.

A high priestess held the cauldron, which represents the womb or feminine aspect, which in terms of the mass verse, we can think of mother chaos.

And then they recite a prayer that call on energy's growth and renewal, and they take a dagger and put it in the cauldron, which the dagger is giving masculine void energy.
