For the final part of our trilogy in Cambridgeshire, we've got a franchise owner to tell us about her journey.

Paul, can you introduce our special guest?

I'd love to, Tom.

So our guest today is Alma Neville, who, along with her husband, David Walker, runs Ceroc franchises in Cambridgeshire.

As always, we are interested to hear how a dance journey leads to owning a successful dance franchise.

So, thank you, Alma, for finding time to chat with us today.

Yeah, and- and it also does come from, I guess at this point it might be a good idea to- to let people know that, you know, I- I do have a background in learning and development as well.

So the way that I have designed this course has- has come from a totally professional background of how to ensure that the- the training is delivered in a way that meets all the Ceroc elements that are required, but at the same time we've done it in a professional way that- that makes sure that you are learning, and you're not just going out of there and then four hours later going, "I don't know what I've just learnt." So we're making sure that it- it is embedded.

I think there's also a fun element to your- your workshops, isn't it, for these two workshops?

Yeah.

[laughs] Well, yeah, so, um, yeah.

Nothing- nothing inappropriate, but, um-

No. [laughs] Uh, yeah, so we- we, because our, these workshops, you know, all our, all Ceroc workshops generally are move-based workshops, aren't they?

Yeah.
