When Lysias the Tribune comes down, I will decide your case.

Jesus heads back to Capernaum on the shore of Lake Galilee, where he's made his home base.

Centurion is a rank in the Roman army that means he's technically in charge of 100 men.

This man is a leader in the occupying forces.

He's probably not actually Roman, but part of what are called auxiliary forces, a kind of second army that works alongside the regular Roman citizen army.
