My guest today is Eloy Oakley, president and CEO of College Futures Foundation, the organization behind this study, which was produced in partnership with Georgetown University's Center on Education and the Workforce.

He also served as Senior Advisor to U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona under the Biden administration, and he's the host of his very own podcast, The Rant.
