It seems like Salina.

And it also has way more land as well in Salina.

So this area is a great place to end up.

I'm right on that border.

So they're doing something in Prosper where they're going to try to make this little neighborhood and kinda turn it into, um, Venice, Italy.

Okay.

It does say that this ZIP Code, 75078, in Prosper, is the ninth fastest growing new neighborhood ZIP Code in the United States.

That's odd, because I, I thought Prosper... 'Cause Prosper is very small, and it's comparatively to Celina and Frisco-

And the majority of that growth is taking place in the surrounding suburbs.

So whether it's a Prosper, Salina, you know, Anna, Melissa, up into Sherman, over to Princeton, you know, those are really our high growth markets.

And as you would expect, you've got younger families, you've got relatively affordable housing, you've got great incomes, you've got great jobs.

All of that is spurring that development.

The other thing too, James, that we found out is it's not just Anna right there too.

So there's four of the top five in the United States are really right there in Collin County.

So you have Salina to the straight north.

You have Princeton, which is southeast of Anna.

Aledo.

Celina.

That feels-

Benbrook.

I just don't think of anywhere in DFW as being that.

Well, let me give you an example.

Somebody might say, "Hey, we've been living in Richardson forever," or, "We've been living in Carrollton," or whatever, "but we are going to move out to..." pick your edge, right? "We're gonna move out to, uh, Celina." Okay? It's like there's not as much traffic, there's not as many big office towers, there's not as many people.

So literally, like, I can drive from my house to the school in two minutes instead of my old drive was 18 minutes.
