Celebrity Silhouette

No, it's September now.

So in August, my mom and I did an Icelandic cruise on Celebrity Silhouette.

Wow.

Yeah, that's another one that's on my bucket list.

Millennium and Solstice Class, even with the changes, still offer a much more traditional premium cruising experience, while Edge Class provides a more contemporary, more resort-like experience.

So, although the same Celebrity X is on the funnel, sailing on Celebrity Silhouette or Solstice, for example, can feel very different from sailing on Edge or Accel.

I felt that myself.

I sailed recently on Celebrity Silhouette after being on Celebrity Edge, and at times I felt like I was almost on two different cruise lines.

None of this means Celebrity has suddenly become a young person's cruise line.

It still carries large numbers of passengers in their 60s and 70s.

Here we are, our first lifestyle cruise.

This one is on the Celebrity Silhouette.

Bliss does different cruise lines.

I think they're not always celebrity, are they? No, no, they've

done Norwegian, they've done a couple of, yeah, so they hop around.

Yeah, so this one's the Celebrity Silhouette.

We left out of Fort Lauderdale.

Five nights, six days? Sunday night,

But overall...

Could be a lot worse, but that's, you know, at least a warm day for the nearly 3,000 visitors, crew and visitors on board the latest cruise ship to dock here in the harbor, the Celebrity Silhouette.

But we're moving down into the teens now, for sure, temperature-wise, but still lots of sun to come this week, so...

Not too bad at all.
