So, so when are people going to be eating Erin Chalmers chili?

So I'm, I'm the "celebrity chef," I don't know if either of those words work, but, uh, for October.

I don't even know to be honest w- how it all works.

We've been talking to Global Edmonton's ch- Erin Chalmers.

It's the Erin Chalmers chili at, uh, Meals on Wheels.

She is the celebrity chef for October.

I thought that was lovely.

But it's Ian Hewitson's birthday today, and I thought, ah, Ian Hewitson, one of the great celebrity chefs.

One of my favorites would be Peter Russell-Clarke.

The late Peter Russell-Clarke, isn't it? Yes.

You know, we're sort of not really going in that direction, though, are we?
