And there are specific ones Nick Hudson wrote in about the demon drop at Cedar Point.

Remember when that was there? I guess that's at Dorney Park now.

That's a terrifying ride because it not just for the drop itself, which for some reason feels more terrifying than any other drop ride I've ever been on.

It's funny, as a coaster enthusiast, I have so many blind spots in parks that I've never been to that are like roller coaster staples.

I've never been to Cedar Point.

Oh yeah, I've only been there once, but Yeah, Kings Island was unique in that they had the only wooden roller coaster with a loop.

Until it had an accident and they had to take out the loop.

And so I was, you know, fortunate enough to get a great job at Davis Bessie, which is a nuclear power plant.

If you've ever been to Cedar Point.

Yes.

You're on the top thrill dragster, you know, for just a couple of seconds because it's such a fast ride.

Following the accident last week, many Six Flags theme parks posted a message to their social media accounts reiterating the company's commitment to guest safety.

Yet just a few hours after that, Six Flags Cedar Point theme park had to close its Millennium Force coaster after a metal part flew off into a guest area.

Yeah, I wanted to include this.

I know it's a bummer of a story.

Um, I was, when did that start? They started in, I want to say 83 as a three piece.

Um, I met John Petkovic at Cedar point amusement park, uh, although he had seen a band.

I was already in a band called Suspect Device.

The guys were older than me, but I was already playing in clubs, underage, in Cleveland.

think the thing, though, is this is all right after Cedar Point comes out and says safety is our priority.

Right.

And then the state inspectors find this list.

No.

Only because I had a cough.

But anyway, I've often thought, especially where Cedar Point is concerned, where it's a mile long, they should have just a coaster that's a launch coaster that all it does is take you from the front of the park to the back of the park so you can get there quick.

You know, that's it.

Y'all got to really tighten up in that.

You got to really, the optics of Six Flags, if people realize, you know, Cedar Point, all these ones that aren't named necessarily Six Flags are related.

It will get to a point that people will not go to these parks for that reason.
