Guys, this is big.

But I was definitely the, what you had described a minute ago about letting life get in the way or finding other things that are more important.

If you look at my journey two years ago, honestly, it was about my kids I'm putting my kids first.

Whether it was an excuse or not, I'm too busy to do the workouts or to worry about what I'm eating.

I gotta eat real quick, so let me run through the McDonald's drive-through or whatever because I gotta go to this meeting for my kid's PTA and whatever it is.

I poured myself into the kids.

And so the collision that I described earlier, the additional part of it is my mom got ill.
