Targeting CDH6 in Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer: Emerging ADCs, Biomarkers, and Sequencing
E
19:04Elizabeth LeeGUEST
But CDH6 is there in the platinum-resistant ovarian cancer setting as well.
E
19:10Elizabeth LeeGUEST
We have so many other targets, B7H4, B7H3, et cetera.
E
19:16Elizabeth LeeGUEST
So it's getting to be a crowded area of development, which is great because for our patients, having more opportunities and more potential therapies is only good.
E
19:28Elizabeth LeeGUEST
The question then just falls onto us as providers as to trying to figure out and parse out the data of which is the most appropriate.
A Look at WCLC 2026: Pivotal Trials and Emerging Directions
T
0:53Triparna SenGUEST
It's a SWOG S1827 study, which is a phase three trial of brain MRI surveillance, plus minus prophylactic cranial irradiation in small cell lung cancer.
T
1:05Triparna SenGUEST
Then we have the Taishan-302 study, which is an anti-B7H3 antibody drug conjugate versus topotecan in relapsed small cell lung cancer.
T
1:15Triparna SenGUEST
It's a randomized open-label phase 3 study.
T

We have the Artemis-008 study.

um however um what's interesting here is they're going after uh gbm with it so this is something that has not worked super well in the past for for solid tumors there's a couple different people that are working on this uh you know curagen bio comes to mind um as as kind of one of those early stage preclinical companies that's also working on this um but yeah there's basically three different things here so first of all it is allogeneic that's pretty unique inside of inside of the space allogeneic kind of went through a little bit of a downturn over the last couple of years, but it seems to be kind of on its way back up.
B
16:19Ben McLeodHOST
It's going after a very specific target, which is B7H3.
B
16:23Ben McLeodHOST
So I guess this is a protein sitting on the surface of many solid tumors and very little on healthy tissue.
B
16:29Ben McLeodHOST
It's one of the most contested targets in oncology.

Local regional delivery of IL-13 receptor alpha two, which is, they have one, they have one here too.
J

T-Maximum's got their anti IL-13 receptor.
J

This is a huge one in glioblastoma as well as EGFR V2, as well as B7H3.

I've never heard of M2O2O before.

There are other alpha folate receptor ADCs that we're also evaluating, Torvusam, Rina-S, Sof-M, as all potential options to further exploit the alpha folate receptor protein on cells.
B

Cadherin-6, HER2, TROP2, B7H3, B7H4, and CloudM6 are also other targets that we're looking at.
B
23:30Brian SlomovitzGUEST
There's also many, many more under development.
B

Most of these drugs have a topo-1 isomerase as the payload, which limits their use because there's really not much data yet on payload after payload using the same payload.

A discussion on lung cancer which is the number one cancer cause of death
A
21:47Anne ChiangGUEST
So there are three or four targets out there.
A

They include DLL3, B7H3, SES6.

Again, proteins on the surface of the tumor cell, and then you have the antibody recognize the tumor cell that way, And then there are molecules of chemotherapy tethered to the antibody by a linker.
A
22:10Anne ChiangGUEST
And when the antibody touches the tumor cell, it's actually drawn in to the tumor cell into a lysozyme, which has proteases that cleave that linker and then release the payload, which is the chemotherapy.
