I'm going to give you the names of businesses that fit the mold, but we're not going to focus to being with them today.

Businesses, for example, like Cava, which is this hot trend in America.

It's a restaurant brand with loads of room to expand across America.

And I think you could argue it's anything but AI or a stock that Mike discussed on a previous show called Dutch Brothers, or Dutch Bros, if you're going to read it literally.

Not as sexy as Binday, but...

No.

No, it's not as sexy as Binday, and it's a little less sexy than a Ferrari, and it's probably more sexy than a Cava Salad, but all of these things serve human beings with things you can experience and touch, whether looking out the window at your garbage bin lift or getting onto a cruise ship.

And it's built on something far more human.

Mm-hmm.

I know I can go a little bit further down and go to Cava, and me and my daughter are spending $55 for two people to have a Mediterranean bowl, which was like, "I'm never going back here again." But I'm like, the meals at Disney, and even, even the sit-down meals are, like, the plates are, like, 22 to $33 unless you're having steak and lobster or whatever.

Now, don't get me wrong.

I mean, the streets say Cava is the move these days, man.

But if you go through segment after segment, coffee, Starbucks, burger, McDonald's, chicken, becoming Chick-fil-A, et cetera, et cetera, where you say that well's going to aggregate.

So to that point, I expect no matter what happens with the Mediterranean category, and I think there are a lot of interesting small Mediterranean theme concepts that could grow, I think Cava will be the 800-pound gorilla for the foreseeable future.

And whoever emerges as number two will definitely be a distant number two.

especially when I want to talk about Starbucks and Chili's later.
