Cava is very similar to Champagne in terms of the length of time it needs to stay.

Well, Cremant... 12 i think it's 12 months in in carver maybe a bit more actually my brain's not working but yeah i mean carver is a very very similar method so is frangicorta the difference is the grapes yes and where they're grown yes really um but it's the same

method and is that true of prosecco as well no prosecco's tank yeah
