And there's been a understandable and important recalibration over leaders and integrity and character, and the stories of disappointment in that don't need highlighting, 'cause there's plenty of them.

Um, but I think if we're not careful, we can end up assuming that anyone who's a leader is toxic, power-hungry.

Um, and, and most churches in villages and towns and cities across the country have got overworked, underpaid leaders who are just doing their best to try and love Jesus.

They went into ministry 'cause they, they love God.

Um, and they can never fulfill everyone's expectations.

They're criticized almost every day.
