Yeah, actually, my job's brilliant.

I really actually enjoy it.

I've been very lucky to work at Hyman's since I joined as a new grad in 2004.

And actually I've had a wonderful kind of meandering type of career through Hyman's.

I would say I entered pensions by accident, which is always a kind of interesting one.

My dad's a chartered accountant and I grew up going, well, I'm not doing that.

So if you could just tell us a bit about PEG, what it is, why it was set up, and then maybe, you know, why you looked at this report and what some of the key conclusions are.
