Category 7 cable

In simple terms, Chuck, what's the difference between Cat 5E, Cat 6, Cat 6A, Cat 8? What is really changing? Now, the easiest way to think about the category rating cabling, now, by the way, there's Category 3, there's Category 4, there's Cat 7, Cat 7A.

Cat 3 and Cat 4 are legacy cables, not supposed to be using them anymore.

Cat 5 is actually one of them, too.

You want Cat5e to be written on that cable or better, so Cat6, but Cat5e or better.

And then don't use Cat7.

So what I mean is don't let anything else on the network pull any sort of connection, just this one computer.
