Catch Your Breath

She's worked

with Catch Your Breath.

She's worked with several other artists, and she's

been absolutely solid on all of them.

This was not my best day.

And I fucking dragging it all around and I'm trying to run around the pit at the same time but it's fucking class I enjoyed it I loved it came back out after found these I was like oh that was good let's go And then we went to Catch Your Breath and got a rock and roll toasty because they're at the same place.

So I could watch Catch Your Breath while I got my rock and roll toasty, which is still up there outside of the trifecta of Lear and Simon's fucking business empire as some of the best food festival rock and roll toasties for the money and how fucking dense they are.

Phenomenal.

Really sorted me out on Friday, that, after Thursday night's antics, when I was hanging out my arse.

Because, obviously, you're there at one, and even by one, I was fucking rough on that Thursday.

So the Rock and Roll Toasties sorted me out on the Friday.

And I was like, I'll have another one, because Catch Your Breath are there.

I know.

Is Catch Your Breath, are they US?

They're from Texas.

From Texas.

Hey, it's L.A. Lloyd.

It's Josh back from Catch Your Breath.

It's been about three and a half years since we last had him on the show.

And last time we sat down together in Austin.

Today, we're a few miles apart, but thank goodness for technology.

Lots happened for Catch Your Breath.

Good to see you again, man.

Nice to see you too, man.

His new album comes out the 3rd.

And then the 25th, Catch Your Breath.

I said this last week, but then I...

Yeah, they're actually the headliner.

concert.

Taste of chaos is coming.

Yeah, I could see them, and then I could on Friday go see Knox, and on Sunday I could go see Catch Your Breath.

That sounds

I was thinking Moe, but now that wouldn't make sense.

Anyway, Josh Mowery, you know him better as the lead singer of Catch Your Breath.

Joining me today to talk their new album, Not Broken Enough, officially dropping on August 28th.

I do have to say, because before we started, you said, hold on, let me get my coffee.

We're caffeinated.

We're ready to go.

Josh, I want to hit you with kind of my big question, and it's the scenic route into the answer I want to get to, but I want to break down the band's journey And the approach to this latest record, Not Broken Enough, because I think it's interesting, especially bands like yours, like Catch Your Breath, because you guys are coming up in this digital world where everything is consumed digitally or mostly digitally.

You don't need that typical 12 track record to be successful.
