If you're going to find this stuff, you've got to have standards, right? Mark was the standard.

1971, OCLC comes along, copy cataloging becomes possible.

And so what happened? Cataloging people were early adopters of technology.

They led the way in libraries in adopting technology.

And that's why the OPAC was around really early, because it was a cataloger thing.
