Castlefest

The band are at Birmingham's O2 Institute on the 27th of November for an EP release show.

They're going to also be at The Flapper in Birmingham on the 19th, alongside Split Chain in Castlefest, alongside Luton on the 26th with False Reality.

So you've got a few chances to catch them, but let's face it, that one in November, that release show is going to be the big one to get your niche to.

So, mirror talk.

And I think it's a combination of things.

It's because you played the first time at Castlefest.

That's the first time.

So you have some of those first-time jitters, kind of like settling into how does it actually feel to do this on a stage as opposed to in a recording room or a production rehearsal.

And then you, of course, you're doing it at Midgardsblod with the, you know, that whole thing, which is Midgardsblod, right? With the Viking grave mounts and the sort of special religious sort of yeah, thing that's kind of permeating that whole space and the people that come there, right? It's more focused on that thing.

So you get that very focused experience there.

And it was the same for us in 22, where we played Castlefest.

And that isn't to say that Castlefest wasn't a great gig.

I think there were about a thousand people.

Whereas Castlefest, where I went a couple of weeks ago, that was 40,000 people.

And the next weekend I'll be at Elfia in the south of the country.

And that will probably also be, I estimate, around 35,000 people.
