So I prescribe this.

I started doing this with, with speed training, and now we're changing all our RipStick speed training to this move, and the results are so much better than the traditional swing.

This is where you get into like the idea of should you just swing as hard as you can to gain speed, or should you try to work on specific movements? And this cannon is creating a ton of speed for golfers, especially, especially if they don't have great mobility in their lower body.

So I think it's the swing of the future.

It's just, like, very different.

But with speed training, I mean, I've had guys start using RipStick that read my book or listened to one of my YouTube videos, and, like, they added 15, 20 yards within six weeks.
