I do think that he got off on the – I do believe that Cassie Ventura was a victim of sex trafficking in the way that the law prescribes for it.

As I've discussed in previous episodes, IV treatments are a recurring theme in the stories surrounding Sean Diddy Combs and his alleged victims.

Combs' former partner, Cassie Ventura, has said that she was regularly given IV fluids after days-long, drug-fueled freak-offs Combs made her perform in.

Prosecutors claimed sex workers at these freak-offs were also regularly given IVs.

The alleged victim Ashley Parham has said she was offered fluids after being brutally gang-raped by Combs and his associates.

The 39-year-old lashed out at her father and the conservators who've managed her care and finances for the last 13 years, calling them threatening and abusive and saying she's been forced to endure oppressive conditions comparable to slavery.

The surveillance footage allegedly shows Combs assaulting then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hallway.

A now settled lawsuit filed by Ventura claimed that she was trying to leave the hotel after a drunken Combs punched her.

And it kind of reminds me, I had you on all the time when we were talking about P. Diddy.

And I remember specifically asking you, isn't it going to be tough for Cassie, for Jane, for these people who are going to have to testify about what they say is probably some of the worst moments of their life in a federal court in front of all of these people? You and I talked about this at length.

So this is a girl, a girl specifically, she's not even an adult, who would have to do the same thing likely, right? I mean, the prosecutors would probably want her on the stand.

Doesn't that make things extra complicated? Because not only is it traumatic, but this is a child.

She'll likely be either 15 or 16 if and when this were to go to trial.

So no question.

I think one thing that makes this helpful, and we talked about it in the Diddy case with Cassie and others, is that we have a contemporaneous report.

Whenever you have that, that makes the case a lot better.

As with much of the world surrounding Diddy, Kim's story is compelling because it points to repeating patterns.

There are a number of parallels between what witnesses claim to have seen in Diddy's behavior around Kim and the allegations Cassie Ventura has made about her own experiences

with Combs.

I think Kim's life is interesting too, because like many people in her position, Kim seems to have been silenced or intimidated at different points.

It's safe to say, knowing what we know now, that here, in this moment, Combs is not okay.

There is reason to be concerned.
