Take a step back, tell a little bit about yourself, kind of how did you get into the work that you're doing, and then we'll dive into the conversation.

Yeah, absolutely.

It's a little bit of a unique story and kind of lengthy.

So I'll try to try to shorten it as much as I can.

But I came from actually an econ background in college.

I got a really unique opportunity to do an internship with McCarthy Building Companies on a nice 200 plus million dollar job on campus.

And that kind of got me into the construction world instead of going in the finance route.

To them, but as part of the overall business health, like how have you, how have you thought about that and, and taking care of training and things like that within your own company?
