Borgo Cedars will be sporting some new colors.

Borgo Industries entered into an agreement with CNH to supply co-branded Case IH and New Holland equipment made by Borgo and distributed through CNH's dealer network in North America and Australia.

This includes precision seating air drill systems and high-capacity air carts, digital technology and control systems.

Borgo will continue to manufacture, market and support Borgo-branded products through its dealer network.

Co-branded Case IH and New Holland Seeding Equipment manufactured by Borgo will be introduced with model year 2028 products.

More than $1 billion in Canadian agricultural exports could be in jeopardy if the European Union proceeds with proposed pesticide bans, according to a new report.

And the same day, September 2nd, up my way in, in Faribault, Minnesota, Matacheck Implement had an online, uh, auction.

There was some of their Case IH stuff, and they had a '24 model, uh, 715 Quadtrac.

So the big, I mean the big boy, the biggest.

And we were in a position where w- we wanted to step in and really make an alliance with them where we could supply co-branded equipment.

Uh, so, you know, our, our sister company MacDon has done this in the past year where they, they provided, you know, uh, you know, Case IH by MacDon.

This is a very similar concept.

This is gonna be Case IH by Borgo, New Holland by Borgo, uh, globally.

And Borgo is gonna continue to build and support this.

This will be the Borgo organization basically being the anchor point behind this with everything that we do well, the agronomic flexibility, the, uh, quality, and the innovation that everybody is used to.

Um, 2027, um, maybe some rollouts of some co-branded and maybe the following year we might see them in the field?

Yeah.

That's just the kind of perception that that I had one of the big announcements that I think gained some attention from some of our audience was the fact that Bergot Industries and CNH have announced an alliance on seating equipment.

So under the agreement, Bergot will manufacture co-branded Case IH and New Holland equipment for distribution across CNH-established dealer networks in North America, Australia, and other global seating markets.

Kelvin, what's your take on this one?

Oh, I think it is a logical, rational next move for both these companies in terms of expanding Borgo's network of dealers and distribution and, of course, working with the C&H branding that is, like you said, it's going to be on Borgo equipment as well.
