We're told their leader is, is an individual called Cartimandua, and Cartimandua, as, as queen of the Brigantes, is on the Roman side.

They, the Brigantes have been kept out of the conflict at this stage.

We know there's lots of Roman trade goods coming into their territory, so it might be they've been paid off, that Rome is not going to invade them, and he wants the Brigantes to be stable and quiet and content whilst they focus on getting rid of Caratacus in Wales.

So essentially, when Caratacus turns up on Cartimandua's doorstep, she's not gonna be very happy.

And C- I think Cartimandua has a very bad deal as far as history goes, 'cause most people view her as a quisling, as a traitor-
