That created this huge mitigation project that now is Carroll Creek.

So that's an amazing example of ongoing investment in mitigation and an effort that we still really enjoy the benefits of.

Other major natural disasters and national events, 9-11 really shaped the way.

I guess as far as the giving it a big picture, there was a creek that ran through town.

It wasn't a Carroll Creek project as we have it now.

It was a stream.

And it was some places there was a little fence alongside of it, and some places there was nothing alongside of it.
