And how are these two things connected in your opinion?

Well, they're intimately connected, right? So it's hard to want somebody that you also feel like you can't even look at, right? That you're so agitated or aggravated by them, but then you also want to have sex with them.

You There is that awareness and knowledge of, all right, you have to be working well as a team, as a unit.

You have to be sharing the household duties.

And that comes from a place of respect, right? So I look at that.

The cognitive load issue is respect.

That's really what I think it comes down to.

And so for you, what do you think is missing from that traditional sex advice?
