Can you walk us through what that really looks like in real life?

I think one of the biggest misconceptions that I had about the healing process was that once you tackle a challenging time or an obstacle, that's it.

And from that point on, I didn't really realize that healing is not a straight line for so many reasons.

And one of them is a lot of times we're going to have to take steps back or we're going to have something that maybe stalls our process further.
