Yeah, okay.

So, I mean, the truth of the matter is I'm not a very good accountant.

Like, I just didn't enjoy it that much.

I enjoyed using finance to shape decisions and to help people understand the trade-offs you need to make and to help people understand that the sequencing of decisions matters.

And I think finance training gives you all that.

But, you know, you asked me to close a set of books and it made me really miserable.

And I think people saw that.

But I'm interested to know, Whether there were times when you thought you were out of your depth, did you feel like an imposter? And if so, because I imagine it happened, how do you get past those moments and actually keep going? Yeah, okay.

Mm.

But this time we're around the corner, and my colleague said to me, "You go wait at the front, and I'm gonna go inside," meaning, "I'll face the danger.

You can just be the observer." So I'm stood there thinking, "Okay, well, [laughs] what do I do?" No word of a lie, it was a textbook robbery.

He literally jumped through the, the, the front glass window-

Yeah.

So you see also this sort of, you've got this father who was violent, he was, um, volatile.

His mother is basically saying, "My son could do no wrong." And the reason she did that, because she feels some sense of responsibility 'cause she raised him, so she's also protecting herself-
