This, for me, I think is the heart of this entire case.

You have Carol Dodge, Angie's mother, who, you know, obviously her world is... turned upside down, gut-wrenching, heartbreaking, all of the things to describe what she feels with the death of her only daughter at 18.

And initially, you know, after the confession, Chris Tapp is convicted, and she is there demanding the death penalty, right? She wants justice for her daughter.

But she also realizes, while she believes at that point that Chris Tapp was guilty and she wants him to face the death penalty, that someone else is also guilty out there, that police haven't finished this job.

But he was released.

And, you know, there's this incredible scene that we paint a picture of where you have Chris Tapp released from prison and who's standing by his side.

He had, you know, Carol and her family wearing T-shirts that supported him standing by his side for this moment of his release.
